Annual Meeting Review 2024 Qingdao Sapphire Annual Meeting was successfully concluded!

On February 1, 2024, Qingdao Sapphire Annual Meeting Ceremony was held as scheduled.

This annual meeting ceremony is divided into two chapters, annual summary meeting and annual dinner, Qingdao Sapphire leaders and all the staff gathered together to look back to 2023 and look forward to 2024.

On the morning of February 1, all the staff of Qingdao Sapphire gathered together and held the year-end summary meeting.

The meeting was divided into four parts, first of all, the general manager of the company promulgated the organizational structure of Qingdao Sapphire in 2024, and emphasized the responsibilities of each department. Organizational structure is the foundation for the company to carry out related business, just like building a house needs to have a foundation and a framework before adding bricks and tiles, organizational structure is like the structural support of a house for the company, the more stable the structural framework is, the stronger our ability to bear risks will be.

Next, it is the award ceremony that everyone is looking forward to.

The first one is Sapphire's traditional award: "Sapphire Five Years" Contribution Award. Sapphire has always had a tradition that at the end of every year, we will give out "Sapphire five years" contribution award and "Sapphire ten years" gold commemorative award to the colleagues who have joined us for 5 years and 10 years.

The second award is the "Sapphire Star" for 2023. They are colleagues who have made outstanding contributions and significant achievements in their workplaces in 2023, which is the company's recognition and affirmation of their work.

The third item of the annual meeting is the statement of the company by the department, the head of each department made a comprehensive and objective summary of the work in 2023, and put forward the work points and direction of the next year through careful combing and sharing the shortcomings. 2023 drops, there are crises, challenges, and breakthroughs, which are the witnesses of the growth of Sapphire people.

At the end of the meeting, the general manager shared the summary of Qingdao Sapphire's work in 2023, analyzed the current internal and external situation, and elaborated Qingdao Sapphire's development plan for 2024 and the future.
